Administratieve ondersteuning voor agentschappen & krantenwinkels

• Opstellen en beheren van contracten, addenda en beëindigingsovereenkomsten
• Opstellen van juridische brieven (opzeg, waarschuwingen, kosten, beëindiging enz.)
• Opvolging van licenties, systeemtoegangen, uurroosters en prints
• Coördinatie met externe partners (Worldline, BNP, overheidsinstanties...)
• Beheer van waarborgen, domiciliëringen, betalingen en onboarding-premies
• Opvolging van schorsingen, beëindigingen en recuperatie van materiaal/licenties
• Coördinatie van installaties, updates en verwijderingen van materiaal (signalisatie, toestellen...)
• Opvolging van schadegevallen met eigenaars
• Regelmatige updates van interne systemen

 Communicatie & samenwerking met andere afdelingen

• Schrijven en verzenden van briefings, interne nota’s en operationele boodschappen
• Samenwerking met Legal, Sales, Marketing en IT
• Opvolging van interne verzoeken via het projectmanagementtool Monday.com

Procedures & projectondersteuning

• Opmaak, documentatie en update van procedures
• Deelname aan interne, transversale projecten (platformen, tools, enz.)
• Actieve bijdrage aan de continue verbetering van processen en interne systemen

Retail Analytics – Een strategisch luik in opbouw

• Ondersteuning van het Sales-team bij het analyseren van verkooppuntprestaties
• Uitvoeren van simulaties (promoties, commissies, rendabiliteit, enz.)
• Nauwe samenwerking met BI en Finance voor de opvolging van KPI’s en het ontwikkelen van dashboards
