Stellenbeschreibung

As a Senior Test Engineer at AILOS, you will take ownership of gearbox validation and reliability testing. You’ll design and assemble mechanical test benches, define test protocols, and analyze key performance indicators such as torque efficiency, temperature, and backdrivability. Working closely with both our design and customer teams, you will transform data into actionable insights that directly influence our product roadmap.

Profile

• Industrial or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Substantial (>5 years) industry experience
• Strong affinity with hands-on testing, measurement setups, and experimental validation
• Structured, analytical, and eager to learn in a multidisciplinary team
• Interest in robotics, automation, and innovative actuation systems

Professional Skills

• Mechanical and electrical assembly of test rigs
• Use of sensors and DAQ systems (torque, speed, vibration, temperature)
• Programming and data analysis (MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW)
• Technical reporting and communication with customers
