Support Engineer

Objective: Ensure optimal technical support for LVD subsidiaries, agents, and end users by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to LVD machines, contributing to high-quality customer service and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support to internal and external stakeholders for LVD's product range.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to improve service quality and product reliability.
  • Participate in product training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Key skills:

  • Technical expertise in industrial machinery and automation.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Technical education or equivalent experience in a support engineering role.
