Short history: Founded in January 2013 by senior IT recruiters, Talencia Consulting has experienced significant growth, including a 56% increase in turnover between 2014 and 2015, doubling the number of placed talents between 2015 and 2017, and nearly quintupling our client base in the same period. We have established ourselves as a key player in IT recruitment in Belgium.
