What we do: B2C Engineering is an international company specializing in the integration of automation solutions, robotics, industrial computing, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and industrial cybersecurity. We support companies across the entire production chain in their evolution towards Industry 4.0. Our core expertise lies in delivering tailored automation and supervision solutions—including batch systems, production reporting, data management, maintenance, and cybersecurity—to optimize industrial processes. We primarily serve the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries, but our capabilities extend to mining, petrochemicals, and other production sectors. Our approach is to deeply understand client needs, build efficient partnerships, and deliver customized solutions that add real value to our clients’ operations.

Where we are located: Our headquarters is located at Rue du Village 9, 4347 Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher, in the Walloon Region of Belgium. We also have a presence in other Belgian locations, as well as offices in France (Valenciennes and Lyon), Luxembourg, and Switzerland (Yverdon-les-Bains), reflecting our international reach and commitment to serving clients across Europe.

Short history: Founded in 2014 in Liège, Belgium, by three technical managers—Benjamin Beaurang, Jean-Christophe Bulon, and Charles Costa—B2C Engineering has grown from a local integrator to an international player in industrial automation and IT. The company has consistently focused on service quality and client satisfaction, combining the dynamism of junior talent with the expertise of seasoned professionals to drive sustainable growth. Over the years, B2C Engineering has expanded its activities across borders and established B2C Consulting as a parallel entity within the B2C group.

Organization & culture: With over 70 employees and a medium-sized company structure, B2C Engineering fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and people-centric leadership. Our teams are composed of experts in automation, IT, and cybersecurity, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions. Recent developments: B2C Engineering has been recognized as an Endorsed System Integrator by AVEVA and a Solution Partner by Siemens, underscoring our technical excellence and industry recognition. We have recently expanded our footprint with a new branch in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, and continue to participate in initiatives like the Excellence 4.0 program by AVEVA Select France.
