Short history: Founded in 1946, JAC has a rich history marked by continuous innovation, including pioneering the self-service bread slicer for supermarkets in 1974 and developing the Intelligent Slicing Control (ISC®) system in 2005. The company remains family-owned and has expanded its production capacity through strategic acquisitions and new facilities.
