What we do: aptaskil is a competence center specializing in training workers and future workers for companies in the chemical, biopharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. It offers over 190,000 hours of training annually, delivered by around 40 internal and external trainers with industrial experience. The center provides hands-on learning with nearly 5,000 m² of factory equipment dedicated to practical training. Its mission is to supply qualified labor to companies to support their growth, with training programs tailored to meet specific sector needs and including continuous professional development.

Where we are located: The headquarters is located in the Zoning Industriel de Seneffe - Zone C, Rue Charles Richet, 7180 Seneffe, Hainaut, Belgium. The center also operates a site in Liège.

Short history: Formerly known as Cefochim, aptaskil was rebranded on October 1, 2021. It has established itself as a key training center in the Walloon region, supported by European and Walloon funds, and sector partners such as Co-Valent and essenscia. It has trained thousands of people annually, with a high employment insertion rate between 75% and 100% depending on the period and profession.

Organization & culture: The center employs about 40 to 50 trainers, all with extensive industrial experience, ensuring high-quality, practical training. The culture promotes diversity and gender parity, especially in the biopharmaceutical sector. aptaskil values innovation, continuous learning, and close collaboration with industry partners to adapt to technological and industrial evolutions.
