Our lead programs are designed to address significant unmet needs in severe conditions such as fibrostenosing Crohn's disease, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and liver cirrhosis. Our lead product candidate, ontunisertib (AGMB-129), is a selective and potent oral, gastrointestinal-restricted small molecule inhibitor of ALK5, specifically targeting Fibrostenosing Crohn's Disease.
