The company manufactures medium and large-sized metal parts in various materials including steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. DMPI serves a diverse industrial clientele across sectors such as civil engineering, machinery, space optics, metallurgy, extraction, medical, environment, energy, haulage, and sawmills.

Where we are located: DMPI is headquartered at Rue du Milan 3, 4950 Waimes, in the Walloon Region of Belgium. The company operates primarily in Eastern Belgium and serves clients mainly in the Benelux region and Germany.

Short history: Founded in 1980 by Guy Dethier as a self-employed business focused on repairing cardan joints and large mechanical pieces, DMPI has grown steadily over 40 years. It became a public limited company in 1986 upon relocating to the Hottleux industrial park, marking the start of continuous expansion in equipment, workforce, and expertise.

Organization & culture: DMPI employs approximately 15 to 25 people working on a 4500 m² site. The company combines digital and conventional machinery operated by experienced teams, emphasizing reliability and quality to meet demanding customer requirements.
