What we do: Dessert Factory is a Belgian company specializing in the creation and production of premium desserts, including moelleux, cheesecakes, and other artisanal treats. Our products are crafted using noble, Belgian, and 100% natural ingredients, combining traditional recipes with modern expertise. We serve a wide range of clients, from major international brands such as Milka, Nestlé, Côte d’Or, and Oreo, to retailers and distributors worldwide.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are in Villers-le-Bouillet, in the Walloon Region of Belgium, at Rue de la Métallurgie 41, 4530. This is our main production site, where our team works daily to deliver high-quality desserts.

Short history: Dessert Factory was founded in 2007 by Michel Dryon, who rebranded a small company into what is now a leading dessert producer. The business is rooted in six generations of family expertise in pastry-making. Over the years, Dessert Factory has grown from a small team to over 100 employees, with annual turnover reaching 33 million euros and production space expanded eightfold.

Recent developments: Dessert Factory recently merged with Verbau, a family-owned dessert company from Leuze-en-Hainaut, to form Mellow, a new player in the premium fresh dessert market. This strategic move marks a new chapter in our growth and strengthens our position in the industry.
