https://www.actalys.beAbout us
What we do: Actalys is a dynamic notarial partnership offering high-quality, tailored legal services across all notarial fields. Our expertise covers family and heritage law, company law, real estate, credits, and property development. We serve both private and professional clients, handling Belgian regional legislations in French and Dutch. Our dedicated teams ensure efficient management and follow-up for every client project, including administrative procedures with local and regional authorities. As a member of Lexunion, an international network of legal and fiscal specialists, we also assist clients with cross-border issues.
Where we are located: Actalys is headquartered in Brussels, at Boulevard de Waterloo 16, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Our central location makes us easily accessible for clients throughout the region.
Short history: Actalys was established on December 24, 2010, through the association of five notaries—James Dupont, Bertrand Nerincx, Jean Vincke, Eric Jacobs, and Catherine Gillardin—merging two longstanding notarial traditions. In 2013, Géraldine Rolin Jacqueymns joined the team, further strengthening our expertise. In 2015, Catherine Gillardin took over James Dupont’s practice, continuing the legacy of excellence.
Organization & culture: Actalys is supported by over 40 enthusiastic collaborators organized into four specialized departments: Family and Heritage, Companies, Real Estate and Credits, and Real Estate Development. Our values include competence, availability, and personalized service. We foster a collaborative environment, investing in continuous training and modern tools to ensure the highest standards of service.
