What we do: Biemar & Biemar is a leading architectural and engineering firm specializing in the design of functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces. Our core business revolves around architectural studies and project management for both public and private sectors, with a strong focus on industrial, tertiary, and residential buildings. We have delivered over 2,700 single-family homes and 1,200 new apartments, establishing a solid reputation in the construction industry. Our services cover the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion, always prioritizing innovation, environmental respect, and client satisfaction.

Where we are located: Our headquarters is located at Avenue Blonden 50, 4000 Liège, Belgium. In addition to our Belgian roots, we operate offices in France and Luxembourg, allowing us to serve a diverse client base across the region.

Short history: Founded in 1975 in Liège by architects Jacques Crémer and André Biemar, our firm initially operated under the name Crémer et Biémar. In 1990, we expanded to Luxembourg. After 31 years, Jacques Crémer passed the leadership to Pierre Biemar, André’s son, and in 2006, the firm was renamed Biemar & Biemar. Throughout our nearly 50-year history, we have remained committed to architectural excellence and have become the oldest architectural association in Wallonia.
