What we do: POP Solutions is a Belgian company specializing in innovative, creative, and sustainable point-of-sale (POS) solutions. Our core business is designing, producing, and distributing a wide range of POS materials—including cardboard displays, permanent fixtures, multi-material constructions, and digital printing—that help brands increase visibility, engage customers, and boost sales at the retail level. We serve diverse industries such as automotive, retail, FMCG, drinks, DIY, household appliances, pets, pharma, public authorities, and toys. Our approach emphasizes circularity, aiming to preserve the value of products and materials for as long as possible while maintaining high quality and minimizing environmental impact. We work closely with European suppliers to ensure short lead times and reduced CO2 emissions, and our in-house team of 16 designers brings bold ideas to life, tailored to each client’s brand identity.

Where we are located: Our headquarters is located at Rue de la Limite, 1300 Wavre, Belgium. We also have production sites and offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Liège, and collaborate with teams in the Netherlands and Germany, reflecting our Benelux and European footprint.

Short history: POP Solutions was founded in 2007 by John Morent and Pascal Vandecaveye. Since its inception, the company has grown organically, expanding its expertise and production capacity. Today, we operate four in-house production sites spanning 26,000 sqm and are recognized as one of the top five POP manufacturers in Benelux and France. Our commitment to innovation and sustainability has been a constant throughout our growth, adapting to the latest trends in marketing and advertising technology.
