What we do: LAURENTY is a leading family company specializing in maintenance and cleaning services for all sectors of industry across Belgium and Luxembourg. Our expertise covers a wide range of activities, including cleaning, facility management, building maintenance, green space maintenance, road sweeping with high-pressure vehicles, asbestos removal, painting (construction and industrial), industrial works, window cleaning, snow removal, and agri-food cleaning. We serve over 5,000 clients and maintain nearly 4 million m² of property daily, supported by a fleet of 330 vehicles and 1,000 cleaning machines.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are located at Mont Saint-Martin 73, 4000 Liège, Belgium. We operate throughout Belgium and also have a presence in Luxembourg and northern France.

Short history: Founded in 1953 by Mr. Francis Laurenty, LAURENTY has grown from a local cleaning business into a major player in the business services market. Over the decades, we have diversified our services to meet evolving customer needs, expanding into building, green spaces, and facility management.
