What we do: Lipcas NV is a Belgian food manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality pancakes (pannenkoeken) and poffertjes, as well as other fresh pastry goods, cakes, and bread. Our products are crafted to bring authentic taste and joy to both retail and foodservice customers, enhancing dining experiences in supermarkets, schools, associations, and beyond. We serve markets across more than 20 countries, with all products made in Belgium and individually quick frozen (IQF) for optimal freshness. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through strict adherence to industry standards, including HACCP protocols, ensuring safety and taste in every bite.

Where we are located: Our headquarters and main production site are located at Raveschootsveldstraat 4, 8750 Wingene, Belgium. In 2023, we expanded our operations with a new, modern production facility in Zwevezele, further strengthening our capacity to meet growing demand.

Short history: Lipcas traces its roots back over 60 years, when founder Daniel Lips began as a dairy merchant in Zwevezele, supplying butter, eggs, and dairy products to local customers. Over time, the business evolved into a wholesaler for butchers, grocers, restaurants, and supermarkets. Following a significant fire in June 2022, Lipcas refocused its activities in 2023 exclusively on the production of pancakes and poffertjes for retail and foodservice, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and a renewed commitment to innovation.
