What we do: Exothera is a contract development, manufacturing, and research organization (CDMO) specializing in viral vector and nucleic acids production. The company provides end-to-end services including process development, optimization, and GMP clinical and commercial manufacturing of viral vectors such as AAV, AV, LVV, and nucleic acids including mRNA and plasmids. Short history: Founded in 2020, Exothera quickly established itself as a specialized viral vector CDMO. Key milestones include Belgian FAMHP accreditation in 2022, the launch of its RNA business unit in early 2023, the first viral vector GMP project in mid-2023, and the initiation of RNA GMP projects in 2024. The company continuously innovates its manufacturing platforms, such as the Ntensify RNA platform finalized in 2024.
