What we do: Detry SA is a leading Belgian charcuterie manufacturer, specializing in premium quality charcuterie, salaisons, and processed meat products. Our core business is producing and supplying trusted, high-quality meat products for both professional butchers and supermarkets. We are known for our traditional recipes from the Aubel region, ensuring authenticity and flavor in every product. Our offerings include a wide range of cooked and raw delicatessen, available under our own brands such as AUBEL® and MAGISTER, as well as private label solutions for retail and foodservice customers.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are located at Rue de Merckhof 110, 4880 Aubel, in the heart of the Province of Liège, Belgium. This region is renowned for its culinary heritage and local produce, which inspires our product development and quality standards.

Short history: Founded in 1963 by the Detry family, the company began as a specialist in pig purchase and cutting. Over the years, we expanded into delicatessen production, combining traditional methods with modern innovation. In 1998, we launched the AUBEL® brand, bringing traditional charcuterie to self-service retail. Despite a major fire in 1999, we rebuilt and continued to grow, investing in new production concepts like Daily Fresh in 2007.
