Short history: Founded as a spin-off from UCLouvain, Rombio’s technology originated from research and a doctoral thesis by Michael Saint-Guillain, developed in collaboration with NASA and ESA. The company’s software development began in 2014, with the commercial product Rombio launched in 2019. It has since become a leading advanced planning and scheduling (APS) tool recognized across multiple industries.
