What we do: UPTR is the national professional federation representing and informing Belgian transport and logistics companies. It actively defends the economic interests of the sector through lobbying on economic, fiscal, social, and environmental issues. UPTR supports around 10,000 member companies employing approximately 90,000 people, offering specialized services such as a social office, training center, legal services, excise and VAT recovery, and toll card management.
Where we are located: UPTR's headquarters are located at Parc Industriel des Hauts Sarts, Rue de l'Abbaye 138, 4040 Herstal, Belgium.
Short history: Founded in 1936/1937, UPTR has evolved into a nationally, regionally, and European recognized organization. It has continuously worked to improve working conditions and opportunities for transport sector actors.
