What we do: Cellistic specializes in developing and manufacturing innovative allogeneic cell therapies using human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology. Our focus is on overcoming the challenges of autologous therapies by creating scalable, cost-effective, and off-the-shelf solutions. We leverage proprietary platforms like Pulse™ for cell line development and Echo™ for cell therapy manufacturing, incorporating advanced gene editing with STAR-CRISPR™ technology. Our expertise includes immune effector cells such as NK cells, α/β T cells, γ/δ T cells, and macrophages, targeting onco-immune diseases and autoimmune diseases.

Where we are located: Our headquarters is situated in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium, where we operate a specialized GMP facility dedicated to iPSC-based allogeneic immunotherapy manufacturing.

Short history: Founded in April 2022 as a subsidiary of Ncardia, Cellistic builds on over a decade of scientific and technical expertise from its sister company. We have rapidly established ourselves as a pioneer in iPSC-based cell therapy development and manufacturing.
