It operates three hospitals located in Ath, Baudour, and Hornu, as well as five polyclinics in Beloeil, Dour, Enghien, Frameries, and Jurbise. Where we are located: The hospital group's headquarters is situated at Rue Louis Caty 136, 7331 Baudour, Hainaut, Belgium. Its facilities span multiple sites across the Mons-Borinage and Ath regions, including the three main hospitals and five polyclinics.

Short history: Founded in 2012 through the merger of the Centre hospitalier Hornu-Frameries and the Réseau hospitalier de Médecine sociale (Ath-Belœil, Baudour, Hornu), EpiCURA unified hospital management and accreditation numbers to streamline healthcare delivery. Since its creation, the group has continuously evolved to enhance patient services and operational efficiency across its sites.
