What we do: Vandeputte Group is a leading player in the development, manufacturing, packaging, and marketing of liquid detergents and soaps, as well as the production of linseed oil and vegetable oil derivatives. Our Soap Factory activity covers both retail and B2B markets, with two production sites in Belgium and France. In our Oils division, we process flaxseed to extract linseed oil for use in soaps, food, paints, inks, varnishes, linoleum, and animal feed. Our Oleochemistry division produces and markets vegetable oil derivatives for applications such as inks, paints, lubricants, and wood treatments. We are committed to sustainable development across all our activities.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are in Mouscron, Belgium, at Boulevard Industriel 120, 7700. We also operate production sites in Belgium and France, supporting our national and international markets.

Short history: Founded in 1887 by Gustave Vandeputte, the company began with the processing of flaxseed. Over five generations, Vandeputte Group has grown into a major player in Western Europe, pioneering innovations such as soap made from linseed oil and expanding into private label production for mass distribution. Our story is rooted in creativity, sustainability, and family values.
