Short history: StarApps was founded by serial entrepreneurs Lorenz Bogaert and Nicolas Van Eenaeme, who bring over 25 years of combined experience in tech and venture building. Since its inception, StarApps has established itself as a boutique venture studio, launching at least one new company every season. Our portfolio includes companies like Delta, Twoo, Realo, and Rydoo, several of which have been acquired by major industry players. StarApps operates on a fully self-funded model, focusing on internal idea generation and company creation rather than external startup acceleration.

Organization & culture: StarApps is a compact, agile organization with a team of 11–50 professionals. We pride ourselves on a culture of entrepreneurship, resilience, and decisiveness, seeking out natural-born entrepreneurs who thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments. Our team includes a mix of freelancers, contractors, and permanent staff, reflecting our preference for flexibility and entrepreneurial ambition.
