What we do: Le Rucher is an enterprise of adapted work specializing in industrial subcontracting. We offer tailored solutions in sectors such as agro-food and paramedical, providing services including production, packaging, storage, and shipment of orders. Our expertise is available both on our site in Leuze-en-Hainaut and at our clients’ locations, supporting companies by taking over essential peripheral tasks and enabling them to focus on their core activities.

Where we are located: Our headquarters is situated in the industrial zone of Leuze-en-Hainaut, at Zone Industrielle de l'Europe II, 1, 7900, Leuze-en-Hainaut, Hainaut, Belgium. This strategic location allows us to serve clients throughout the region efficiently.

Short history: Le Rucher has been established in Leuze-en-Hainaut for over 30 years. Initially located in the city center, the company moved to the industrial zone in 2012, which enabled significant growth and development. Throughout its history, Le Rucher has remained committed to its social mission of integrating people with disabilities into the workforce.

Organization & culture: Le Rucher employs around 250 workers across its 23,000 m² site and at partner locations. Our teams are trained for each new mission, and we foster a supportive, inclusive environment focused on the well-being of our employees. We value continuous training, teamwork, and a sense of community, all while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.
