About us
Women4Cyber Belgium is the national chapter of the Women4Cyber Foundation, a European non-profit launched in 2019 by ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation). The Belgian chapter became an official non-profit (VZW) in 2024. Its mission is to increase female representation in cybersecurity by providing mentorship, training, and visibility.
The chapter is inclusive of all genders and career stages. Through mentoring programs, events, virtual meetups, and workshops, Women4Cyber Belgium empowers women to enter, grow, and lead in the cybersecurity field. Its culture is strongly collaborative, inclusive, and community-driven.
