Where we are located: The headquarters is located at Boulevard Patience et Beaujonc 9, 4000 Liège, Belgium. The group operates multiple sites including four main clinics—Waremme, Hermalle, Heusy, and MontLégia—and several nursing homes and medical centers throughout the Liège region.

Short history: The group originated from a series of mergers starting in 1987, culminating in 2001 with the partnership between Cliniques Saint-Joseph and Centre hospitalier Saint-Vincent – Sainte-Elisabeth. In 2020, the organization rebranded as Groupe santé CHC. A notable milestone includes the opening of the modern Clinique CHC MontLégia in 2020, consolidating several former clinics into a state-of-the-art hospital facility.
