Intradel

What we do: Intradel is an intermunicipal association that provides comprehensive household waste management services to 72 municipalities in the Province of Liège, Belgium. Its services include prevention, reuse, collection, sorting, recycling, recovery, and disposal of household and similar waste, all in compliance with European, Belgian, and regional legislation. Intradel is a key player in sustainable regional development and a member of COPIDEC, the Permanent Conference of Walloon Intermunicipal Waste Management Entities.

Where we are located: Intradel's headquarters are located in Herstal, in the Walloon Region of Belgium. It serves 72 municipalities within the Province of Liège.

Short history: Founded in 1979 by municipalities seeking effective environmental solutions for growing waste management challenges, Intradel has since developed into a major public intermunicipal organization managing waste for approximately 1.2 million inhabitants.
