Short history: Founded in 2011 in Rumst, Netleaf has grown steadily in the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure sector. In May 2022, it merged with Core ICT under the holding company Syntory, forming a combined cyber and infrastructure firm with approximately 30 employees. In 2025, AXI acquired Syntory, integrating Netleaf into its digital transformation portfolio.
