What we do: POM - Peace of Mind is a Belgian fintech company specializing in advanced payment and credit management solutions. We help organizations across various sectors—including housing corporations, insurers, and utilities—collect payments more efficiently, quickly, and in a customer-friendly manner while reducing costs and administrative burdens. Our platform automates the order-to-cash and collection processes, enabling faster collections, higher recovery rates, and significant cost savings. Our product portfolio includes an invoice payment platform, automated order-to-cash and collection software, multi-channel communication tools for payment reminders, and verticalized debt collection solutions such as Mind2Pay for housing cooperatives.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are located at Lange Gasthuisstraat 29 B8, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. We also have offices in the Netherlands (Alblasserdam) and Germany (Emsbüren), supporting our international operations.

Short history: Founded around 2008–2010, POM has been innovating in payment and communication solutions for over 15 years. As a pioneer in the Belgian payment market, we have grown steadily and expanded internationally. In 2022, POM Belgium was acquired by a Dutch group, and in 2024, we acquired Mind2Pay, strengthening our position in the housing association market and expanding into new sectors like energy.

Organization & culture: POM is a small but growing company with fewer than 25 employees reported previously, but with an international team of experts and multiple offices.
