Ton rôle ? Être le point de contact privilégié des employeurs : les aider à comprendre, utiliser et aimer Joobs.
Tu participeras à l’onboarding, au support, au suivi et à la satisfaction des utilisateurs.

Tes missions (utiles et variées)

🤝 Accompagner les nouvelles entreprises dans leur première utilisation de Joobs
📞 Répondre aux questions et trouver des solutions rapides et claires
📊 Suivre les comptes et mesurer la satisfaction des utilisateurs
💡 Identifier les points de friction et proposer des améliorations à l’équipe produit
✍️ Aider à créer des guides, FAQ et tutoriels simples pour nos employeurs
🎯 Contribuer à une expérience client fluide, humaine et proactive

Profil recherché

🎓 Étudiant·e en communication, marketing, business ou orientation client
💬 Excellente communication, à l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral
🧠 Empathique, patient·e, rigoureux·se et orienté·e solution
📱 À l’aise avec les outils digitaux (Gmail, Notion, CRM, support chat…)
💡 Tu aimes comprendre les besoins des autres et les aider à réussir
🧩 Esprit collaboratif et envie d’apprendre dans un environnement dynamique
