Tasks and responsibilities
- Incident and service request handling in accordance with our internal processes
- Take initiative to improve the security and reliability of the customer’s infrastructure
- Stay up to date with technology evolutions and making sure your knowledge remains ahead of the curve
- Grow and gain experience, become a subject matter expert in your field and guide your colleagues with their complex technical questions
- Ownership for the client relationship: you are recognized by the client as a technical expert, from whom to seek advise
- Be part of our 24×7 support team
How do you qualify for this position?
Technical expertise in at least 2 of the following domains:
- TCP/IP, Ethernet
- Next-Generation firewall
- Switching and routing
- Application Delivery
- Cloud Web and Email Security
- Azure networking
- Wireless
- Vulnerability assessment
- CCNA Certification is certainly a plus.
You also possess the following skills:
- You have a bachelor or Master degree in IT
- You have good communication skills in English and Dutch or French (or both)
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are skilled in creating and enhancing high quality rated as-build documentation, implementation procedures and processes.
- You have an eye for details
- You can work both independently and in a team
- You take our client’s needs into consideration and are ready to go the extra
