Objectif:

Servir de pont entre les équipes métier et techniques, analyser et modéliser les besoins business, proposer des améliorations de processus et rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées pour garantir la réussite des projets IT et la satisfaction des parties prenantes.

Responsabilités principales:

• Analyser, challenger et modéliser les besoins business avec UML/BPMN
• Réaliser des analyses de processus AS-IS et TO-BE, proposer des améliorations
• Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et documenter les workflows
• Décomposer les besoins en user stories et gérer la documentation
• Définir et gérer les phases de test, assurer la mise à jour de la documentation

Compétences clés:

• Maîtrise des outils UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence
• Compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles
• Communication et gestion de projet

Profil généralement recherché:

• Bachelor minimum, 3 ans d'expérience en analyse business/fonctionnelle
• Maîtrise du français, néerlandais et anglais
• Expérience en IT et outils de modélisation appréciée
