Belangrijkste taken:
- De veiligheid van personen en goederen waarborgen, toezien op de naleving van de regels en procedures op alle locaties van het bedrijf
- Zorgen voor naleving en herinnering aan de veiligheidsprocedures
- Conflicten of fraude binnen de agentschappen voorkomen
- Regelmatig rondes uitvoeren in de verschillende verkooppunten
- Klanten in een situatie van uitsluiting identificeren en begeleiden
- Conflictsituaties tactvol en professioneel beheren
- Goed samenwerken en communiceren met de verschillende afdelingen om een veilige en aangename omgeving voor klanten te garanderen
- Incidenten of afwijkingen rapporteren aan de hiërarchie
- Contact en kwalitatieve samenwerking onderhouden met de ordediensten
- Controle van het contante geld in de kassa's van de verkooppunten
