Tes missions (pas de routine ici)

📞 Contacter des employeurs par téléphone ou LinkedIn pour leur présenter Joobs
🎯 Qualifier leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
📧 Envoyer des messages percutants, relancer, suivre les réponses
🧠 Adapter ton pitch selon ton interlocuteur et partager tes idées d’amélioration
📊 Suivre ton activité dans notre CRM et mesurer tes résultats
🤝 Collaborer avec les fondateurs pour affiner la stratégie commerciale

Profil recherché

🎓 Étudiant·e en commerce, communication, marketing ou profil autodidacte motivé·e
🔥 À l’aise à l’oral et pas peur de décrocher le téléphone
💬 Tu sais écouter, rebondir, convaincre avec le sourire
📱 Tu maîtrises les bases de LinkedIn, Gmail, et les outils digitaux
💡 Tu as envie d’apprendre à vendre de façon moderne et humaine
🧩 Tu es curieux·se, persévérant·e et tu aimes les challenges
