Département:

Qualité / Life Science Solutions

Objectif:

Garantir la conformité des processus et des produits aux normes qualité (GMP, ISO) dans le secteur pharmaceutique et dispositifs médicaux, en assurant la rédaction et la mise à jour des procédures, la gestion des non-conformités et la coordination des actions correctives et préventives. Le poste contribue à l'amélioration continue et à la sécurité des produits livrés aux clients.

Responsabilités principales:

• Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures qualité selon les standards réglementaires.
• Gérer les événements qualité (écarts, anomalies, non-conformités) en lien avec les départements concernés.
• Assurer le suivi des CAPA et du change control.
• Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation des audits internes.
• Partager les bonnes pratiques au sein de la communauté Life Science de CBTW.

Compétences clés:

• Maîtrise des référentiels qualité (GMP, ISO, GLP).
• Capacités organisationnelles et rigueur documentaire.
• Compétences en communication et travail transversal.

Profil généralement recherché:

• Master ou bachelier avec expérience équivalente en assurance qualité pharmaceutique.
• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur.
• Français natif, anglais professionnel, néerlandais apprécié.
