🎯 Je staat centraal in een snelle, agile growth-aanpak die volledig op impact gericht is: elke actie kan het verschil maken.

Jouw missie (nooit saai):

🚀 Campagnes voor organische en betaalde acquisitie bedenken en uitvoeren (SEO, content, LinkedIn, cold emails, scraping…)
📈 Growth loops ontwikkelen rond productgebruik (activatie, retentie, viraliteit)
📊 Onze conversietrechters optimaliseren (pagina’s, onboarding, A/B-testing)
🤖 Automatisatie- en AI-tools gebruiken om tijd te winnen en ideeën te schalen
💡 Blijven testen: doelgroep, boodschap, format, kanaal — enkel resultaat telt
🤝 Samenwerken met het marketing-, tech- en designteam om projecten snel vooruit te krijgen

Gezocht profiel:

🎓 Student digitale marketing, data, business — of autodidact met sterke nieuwsgierigheid
📉 Vertrouwd met KPI’s zoals acquisitie, retentie, LTV, churn, CAC…
🧪 Je houdt van experimenteren, itereren en automatiseren
💡 Je hebt al gespeeld met tools zoals PhantomBuster, Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT…
🧩 Je bent autonoom, gestructureerd, vindingrijk en resultaatgericht
📱 Je bent gepassioneerd door growth, no-code en slimme tools, en je wil leren in het veld
