Ta mission (elle ne sera jamais monotone) :

🚀 Imaginer et exécuter des campagnes d’acquisition organique et payante (SEO, contenus, LinkedIn, cold emails, scrapping…)

📈 Concevoir des boucles de croissance autour de l’usage produit (activation, rétention, viralité)

📊 Optimiser nos tunnels de conversion (pages, onboarding, A/B testing)

🤖 Utiliser des outils d’automatisation et d’IA pour gagner du temps et scaler des idées

💡 Tester sans relâche : audience, message, format, canal — ce qui compte, c’est ce qui fonctionne

🤝 Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing, tech et design pour faire avancer les projets rapidement

Profil recherché :

🎓 Étudiant·e en marketing digital, data, business ou profil autodidacte très curieux·se

📉 À l’aise avec les KPIs : acquisition, rétention, LTV, churn, CAC…

🧪 Tu adores expérimenter, itérer, automatiser

💡 Tu as déjà bidouillé des outils comme PhantomBuster, Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT…

🧩 Tu es autonome, structuré·e, débrouillard·e et orienté·e résultat

📱 Tu es passionné·e par le growth, le no-code, les outils malins, et tu veux apprendre sur le terrain
