Chez Joobs, tu travailleras sur des projets concrets autour des Large Language Models (LLM), du scoring vectoriel et du prompt engineering, pour améliorer la qualité de nos correspondances entre candidats et entreprises.

Tes missions (concrètes et exploratoires)

🧠 Concevoir et affiner des prompts complexes pour nos modèles de génération et d’analyse
📊 Mettre en place des méthodes de scoring et d’évaluation de la qualité des réponses LLM
🔍 Travailler sur la vectorisation et la comparaison d’embeddings (matching sémantique)
🧩 Expérimenter avec différents modèles (GPT, Sonar, Gemini, Mistral…) pour comparer les performances
💡 Contribuer à la construction de datasets internes pour entraîner et valider les modèles
⚙️ Développer des scripts d’automatisation pour le traitement et le nettoyage des données
🚀 Participer à la documentation et au suivi de nos expériences IA

Profil recherché

🎓 Étudiant·e en data science, intelligence artificielle, machine learning ou informatique appliquée
💬 Intérêt marqué pour le NLP, les embeddings et le raisonnement des LLM
💡 Esprit analytique, curieux·se, structuré·e, et motivé·e pour expérimenter
🧩 Tu aimes tester, mesurer, itérer, et comprendre pourquoi un modèle “pense” comme il le fait
