Job description
We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer with PMF background in a startup context, to drive our commercial strategy and help us connect our technology with high-value robotics applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities in humanoids, cobots, and advanced robotics
• Lead customer discovery, from first contact to pilot scoping
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmap inputs
• Build strategic partnerships with global robotics manufacturers
• Support fundraising with market insights and traction reporting
• Work closely with founders to shape AILOS’s go-to-market strategy
Who You Are
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading Product-Market Fit of disruptive technical products, ideally in a start-up context
• Strong technical intuition (actuators, gearboxes, motors, mechatronics)
• Proven ability to engage technical + C-level stakeholders
• Strategic, structured, and comfortable navigating early-stage environments
• Experience supporting fundraising is a strong plus
• Engage with customers worldwide — frequent international travel is part of this role
