Tes missions (variées et formatrices)

📞 Contacter des entreprises et comprendre leurs besoins en recrutement
🤝 Présenter les solutions Joobs et accompagner leur prise en main de la plateforme
🧭 Assurer le suivi des comptes : relances, satisfaction, feedbacks
📊 Mettre à jour les informations clients et suivre les indicateurs clés (taux de réponse, satisfaction, activation)
💡 Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration ou de collaboration future
📧 Aider à la rédaction de messages personnalisés et au suivi post-inscription

Profil recherché

🎓 Étudiant·e en communication, business, marketing ou relations publiques
💬 À l’aise à l’oral et à l’écrit, avec un bon sens du relationnel
🧠 Structuré·e, patient·e, organisé·e et à l’écoute
📱 À l’aise avec les outils digitaux (CRM, Notion, LinkedIn, Gmail…)
💡 Envie d’apprendre à gérer des clients et à créer des relations de confiance
🧩 Tu aimes comprendre comment les entreprises fonctionnent et les aider à progresser
