Your mission
You’ll be the one building our commercial pipeline from scratch. Targeted outbound, inbound follow-up, getting the right recruitment agencies into our funnel, that’s your game.You work independently, help shape our ICP targeting and messaging, and own the quality of every meeting you book. Success = qualified meetings, pipeline impact and real contribution to ARR growth.
What you’ll do
- Strategic outbound prospecting (core focus)
Find and go after the recruitment agencies that fit our ICP.
Build outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and cold calling structured and automated where possible.
Write messaging that actually resonates, based on real pain points.
Get in front of the people who make buying decisions.
- Lead qualification & discovery
Qualify inbound leads and figure out who’s worth pursuing.
Run discovery calls yourself to assess needs, budget and fit.
- Pipeline & performance ownership
Own your pipeline from first touch to opportunity.
Make HubSpot work for you — sequences, tracking, reporting.
Use data to keep improving what works (and drop what doesn’t).
- Events & market development
Represent us at international recruitment events.
Turn event conversations into real pipeline.
Be the face of Daidalo for prospects and partners.
This is you
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, you know how to open doors.
- Bonus if you know SaaS or the recruitment world.
- You don’t shy away from cold outreach.
- Hands-on, analytical and able to run with things on your own.
- Experience with HubSpot? Even better.
