Customer Success Manager

Département : 

Customer Relations 

Objectif : 

Support POM's clients in adopting and optimizing payment solution usage to improve their financial processes and satisfaction.

Responsabilités principales : 

  • Manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing support activities.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
  • Work with product and technical teams to address customer needs.
  • Monitor usage metrics and proactively address engagement issues.

Compétences clés : 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial software and payment processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Profil généralement recherché : 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech.
  • Flexible to work hybrid with client interaction onsite as needed.
