Software Engineer

Département : 

Technology & Development 

Objectif : 

Develop and maintain scalable software solutions that improve POM's payment automation and receivable processes.

Responsabilités principales : 

• Develop new features and improve existing payment and invoice administration software modules.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and security.

Compétences clés : 

• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar).
• Understanding of payment processing systems and financial software.
• Problem-solving, teamwork, and agile methodology experience.

Profil généralement recherché : 

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in software development, preferably in fintech or payment solutions.
• Ability to work on-site and hybrid; fluent in English and French.
