Product Manager - Payment Solutions

Département : 

Product Management 

Objectif : 

Drive the development and enhancement of POM's payment and credit management software products to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsabilités principales : 

• Define and prioritize product features based on user feedback and market analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Monitor product performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Support go-to-market plans and customer onboarding.

Compétences clés : 

• Product lifecycle management experience in fintech or related sectors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and French essential for market interactions.

Profil généralement recherché : 

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years product management experience preferably in payment or financial software.
• Ability to work in hybrid settings and frequent stakeholder meetings.
