Your mission

You’ll own the technical backbone of Daidalo. That means leading the development of our backend, data and AI architecture and making sure our product can scale as fast as our ambitions. This is a hands-on role with real technical vision. You build features, make architectural calls, keep code quality high and fix the hard problems.


What you’ll do
 

  • Architecture & backend leadership
    Make the technical calls on performance, scalability and reliability for our Python backend.
    Design and ship new product features.
    Spot and fix structural bottlenecks; data flow, cost, scaling.

     
  • Data & AI platform development
    Optimise our data pipeline architecture for large-scale datasets.
    Keep enrichment processes fast, consistent and reliable.
    Lead our AI-driven services (ML/LLM integrations), think semantic matching and parsing.
    Evaluate new AI techniques and figure out how to turn them into real product improvements.

     
  • Engineering excellence & team impact
    Level up our CI/CD, testing and observability.
    Work with founders, product and sales to keep things technically feasible.
    Have a voice in roadmap, pricing and go-to-market decisions.

     
  • Solution engineering & complex client cases
    Own the technical delivery of complex client integrations.
    Be the technical face of Daidalo for partners and international clients.

     

This is you:
 

  • 5+ years in software/backend development.
  • You’ve designed and built systems that actually scale.
  • Experience with data-heavy applications and/or AI/ML/LLM integrations.
  • You think in systems and long-term scalability, not just tickets.
  • You’re comfortable being the last line of defence on technical decisions.
