LE JOB 

En tant que VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER, votre mission est :

• Offrir un service client personnalisé et de qualité
• Organiser des événements clients
• Développer des offres personnalisées grâce à une gestion optimisée du CRM
•  Analyser les performances à travers les KPI

VOS COMPÉTENCES 

Les compétences clés pour réussir dans ce rôle :

• Être parfait trilingue NL-FR-EN
• Avoir déjà une expérience en service clientèle ou commerciale ou un diplôme supérieur
• Intérêt pour le sport, le casino et le bookmaking
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Avoir des capacités d’écoute, d’analyse et de résolutions de problèmes

• Être proactif, résistant au stress, méthodologique et ponctuel
• Être sociable, motivé et être animé par la soif d’apprendre
• Être rigoureux et méthodique
