Our Partner is a well-known Digital Transformation Consulting firm dedicated to guiding businesses through their technology journey.

Driven by the modern technology landscape—including Cloud transformation, AI solutions, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity—they are now looking to grow their footprint in the Microsoft technology stack.

Your Responsibilities

Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts and industry verticals in the Belgian market.

Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve quotas and revenue targets in Belgium.

Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and effectively position Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Power Platform), Data/AI, and Security solutions.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and other key stakeholders across Belgium.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online research; qualify and progress leads through the sales pipeline.

Proposal Development & Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the value of services.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close complex deals with favorable terms.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape in Belgium.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales executives, solution architects, delivery teams) to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery.

Accurate Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on pipeline and deal progress.

Your Profile

Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience selling IT solutions, focused on Microsoft Cloud, Data & AI, and Security.

Hunter Mentality: Proactive, results-driven, motivated to exceed targets.

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (French a plus), able to clearly explain complex technical concepts.

Relationship Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.

Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experienced in closing complex deals successfully.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud platforms; certifications a plus.

Professional Services Experience: Experience in consulting or professional services environments.

What We Offer

Monthly salary: €5,000 – €7,000 (depending on profile and experience) + commission scheme + full extralegal package
