Objectif:

Garantir la conformité des produits fabriqués par LVD Company NV aux normes de qualité et aux exigences des clients. Mettre en place et améliorer les procédures de contrôle qualité pour les machines de découpe laser, presses plieuses et systèmes automatisés, en collaboration avec les équipes de production et d'ingénierie.

Responsabilités principales:

• Définir et appliquer les protocoles de contrôle qualité sur les lignes de production.
• Analyser les non-conformités et proposer des actions correctives.
• Réaliser des audits internes et externes.
• Collaborer avec les ingénieurs de production pour optimiser les processus.
• Former les opérateurs aux standards qualité et aux bonnes pratiques.

Compétences clés:

• Maîtrise des outils de contrôle qualité et des normes ISO.
• Analyse statistique et résolution de problèmes techniques.
• Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et capacité d'adaptation.

Profil généralement recherché:

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou master en génie industriel ou qualité.
• Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le secteur industriel.
• Maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais, anglais technique souhaité.
