Business and functional analyst

Objective: Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, analyze and model business needs, propose process improvements, and write detailed functional specifications to ensure successful IT projects and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze, challenge, and model business needs using UML/BPMN
• Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process analyses, propose improvements
• Write functional specifications and document workflows
• Break down requirements into user stories and manage documentation
• Define and manage test phases, maintain documentation

Key skills:

• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence
• Analytical and writing skills
• Communication and project management

Typical profile:

• Bachelor minimum, 3 years experience in business/functional analysis
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
• IT experience and modeling tools appreciated

Work environment: Analyst community, collaborative environment, access to annual training and certifications
