Objectif:

Définir la vision produit, organiser et prioriser le backlog, coordonner les équipes de développement et assurer la communication entre les clients, les parties prenantes et les équipes techniques pour garantir la livraison de produits digitaux innovants et adaptés au marché.

Responsabilités principales:

• Créer, maintenir et prioriser le backlog produit, définir la roadmap
• Organiser des ateliers, design sprints et réunions de planification
• Recueillir et transmettre les besoins clients aux équipes de développement
• Faciliter la prise de décision et la résolution de conflits
• Collaborer avec le Scrum Master pour organiser les revues de sprint

Compétences clés:

• Maîtrise de la gestion agile et des méthodes Scrum
• Compétences en communication et gestion de projet
• Capacité à fédérer les équipes et à gérer les priorités

Profil généralement recherché:

• Bachelor ou master, 4 à 8 ans d'expérience en digital, consulting apprécié
• Trilingue français/néerlandais/anglais
• Expérience en gestion de produit ou business analysis
